Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Head Chefs and Sous Chefs to join our growing team in our Regional NSW restaurants. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality food, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality food that meets our brand standards and exceeds guest expectations.
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences by ensuring solid kitchen operations and delivering food and service to our high standards.
  • Prepare and deliver our famous TGI Friday's food within a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve our business objectives and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure thorough cleanliness and kitchen hygiene practices are maintained at all times.
  • Deliver food and service to Friday's standards, adhere to Australian legal requirements, and make a valued contribution to overall business performance.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef (2-3 years).
  • Energetic attitude, a team player approach, and strong work ethic.
  • Passion for providing exceptional quality food to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Commitment to upholding our brand standards, OH&S, and food hygiene procedures.
  • Knowledge of how to complete a costed roster.
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is desired, but not essential.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.

We are looking for candidates available to work on a rotating roster, including:

  • Thursday: Afternoon, Evening, Morning
  • Friday: Afternoon, Evening, Morning
  • Saturday: Afternoon, Evening, Morning
  • Sunday: Afternoon, Evening, Morning
Salary

Expected salary: $80,000 depending on experience.
