**About the Role**
This position is responsible for the delivery of Councils Gender Equality Action Plan (GEAP) and Councils Workforce Plan. The key objectives are to:
- Facilitate both the steering committee and working groups for the GEAP
- Facilitate the People Matter Survey across the organisation, managing results and reporting
- Manage internal facing diversity and inclusion change programs in relation to the GEAP and Workforce Plan
**Skills & Experience**
- Degree qualified in Organisational Development, Human Resources or similar.
- Several years' experience in the design and delivery of diversity and inclusion projects
- Well
- developed written and oral communication skills
- Capacity to think strategically
- Advanced PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and excel)
- Ability to draft reports, power point presentations.
