The Global Mobility Team plays a pivotal role in facilitating talent movement across the globe, driving business transformation and reshaping workforce management strategies.

Job Overview:

This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your skills in consulting, global mobility, and project management to deliver seamless and strategic mobility arrangements for our clients.

  • Client Advisory & Relationship Management: Establish trusted relationships with international and domestic assignees as their primary point of contact.
  • Program Delivery & Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams to support advisory projects and drive successful outcomes.
  • Strategic Support & Industry Awareness: Contribute to new business initiatives through proposal development and stay informed about global mobility trends and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

- Possess extensive knowledge of global mobility operations, including a solid understanding of mobility policies and assignment allowance calculations

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
