About This Role

Our client is seeking a Mobility Specialist to work closely with partners, clients and candidates to deliver a seamless international deployment and mobility experience for global talent.

This role involves collaborating with customers, channel partners and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for clients' prospective employees relocating to Australia.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with partners, candidates and internal teams to streamline operations and maintain KPIs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, working closely with Immigration Business Partners and managing relationships with channel partners.
  • Understand business requirements, brief sourcing partners and present high-calibre candidates who meet both role and visa requirements.
  • Support sales efforts by attending client meetings and industry events.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Extensive professional experience in global mobility, immigration or recruitment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving positive results within established timeframes.
  • Ability to collaborate within cross-cultural teams and drive successful outcomes with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and skilled in multitasking, managing a high-volume case load.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced project management and document management capabilities.
