Global Mobility Professional

We are seeking an experienced Global Mobility Consultant to spearhead the development and management of corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Advisory: Foster strong client relationships while providing expert advice on assignment policy principles to enhance global mobility programs and deliver high-quality service.
  • Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead both on-shore and off-shore teams to manage and improve the delivery of mobility services, ensuring quality, consistency, and strategic value.
  • Risk & Project Management: Oversee mobility advisory projects and proactively identify and manage business risks across social security, employment taxes, payroll, immigration, and tax compliance.
Essential Attributes For Success:
  • Mobility Program Leadership: Possesses extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services.
  • Client & Communication Excellence: Demonstrates exceptional client relationship management, especially with executive-level assignees, and excels in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to engage effectively with clients and teams.
  • Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combines strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions like technology demos.
