This is a pivotal opportunity to shape our learning and development functions across the organization.
As Learning and Development Consultant, you will play a key role in determining annual plans, providing strategic direction, managing programs, and developing training materials.
You will be responsible for identifying learning needs, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. Your expertise will ensure that employees receive high-quality training that aligns with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine annual learning and development plans
- Provide strategic direction on training and development strategies
- Manage and roll out learning and development programs
- Develop new and update existing training materials
Requirements:
- Experience in developing, facilitating, and evaluating learning and development programs
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills to build relationships across levels
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Demonstrate understanding and experience in change management
- Experience in maintaining learning management systems
- Registered Nurse qualification with aged care experience
- Full Australian working rights and able to pass national police clearance
