Lead a Team of Professionals to Deliver High-Quality Employment Services

The ideal candidate will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of employment consultants using the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model. This role requires delivering high-quality services that reflect our organization's values and respond to participants' strengths and aspirations.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategies to lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality, person-centred services for people living with mental health conditions and their families.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support participants' holistic needs, including building partnerships with employers to create inclusive opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on outcomes, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and ensure smooth service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Certificate III or higher qualification in a relevant field is required. Two or more years of experience in employment services, with leadership or lived experience highly regarded.
  • Strong local employer relationships and business development skills are essential. A current driver's licence and your own vehicle are also necessary.
  • Ability to obtain all required clearances (NDIS, Working with Children, Police Check).
