Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to join our organization. This role will support critical hiring needs and manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Partner with HR leaders to align on current and upcoming hiring needs.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding support.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Support the drafting offer letters and related documentation as needed, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policy.
Qualifications Required
  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent searches.
  • Strong sourcing skills with ability to proactively build pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools. A background or experience in HR for a well-rounded perspective on organizational needs and talent development is also preferred.
