Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid media initiatives with a focus on Google Ads, ensuring campaigns are structured for success and aligned with audience intent.
  • Continuously refine targeting, bidding, and creative elements to boost engagement and conversion.
  • Dive deep into keyword research to uncover opportunities and write ad copy that speaks directly to the audience's needs.
  • Analyze performance data to uncover trends, identify gaps, and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Present campaign insights and performance updates in a clear, actionable format to internal teams.
  • Manage budgets across multiple platforms, ensuring every dollar is spent wisely and delivers measurable impact.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with emerging trends and tools in the paid media space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure paid efforts complement broader brand and demand strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in paid media, especially paid search.
  • Demonstrated success managing Google Ads campaigns with meaningful budgets.
  • Familiarity with display, programmatic, or paid social is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong grasp of current Google Ads best practices and optimization techniques.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics to track and improve performance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent time management.
