At Winning Appliances, we're on a mission to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Commercial Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing lasting relationships with our key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Partnership: Develop and maintain strong relationships with major project builders, understanding their businesses and providing tailored support.
  • Stakeholder Identification: Identify key stakeholders at each client in your portfolio and ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Define project objectives, deliverables, and conduct regular meetings to provide progress reports.
  • Quality and Results: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, achieving stock control targets and revenue goals.
  • Negotiation and Pipeline Management: Drive high-quality results through effective negotiation and pipeline management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our internal sales support team and BDMs to deliver projects and cultivate strategic partnerships.
Qualifications:
  • Passion for People: A genuine passion for working with people and building strong relationships.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
  • Organisation and Time Management: Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Project Management Experience: Experience in project management and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Analytical Skills: Solid analytical skills with a good understanding of reporting.
  • Professional Presentation: Professional personal presentation and proven integrity, honesty, and strong organisational abilities.
