Labourpower is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Upper Mt Gravatt, Brisbane. As a Junior Resourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for finding quality candidates for our clients across Australia.

About the role:

You will be provided with an opportunity to work with a highly motivated team of professionals and learn the skills necessary to succeed in recruitment. This is a Monday to Friday FULLTIME role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Writing and posting job ads
  • Screening and interviewing candidates
  • Utilizing our database and systems
  • Attending client visits with account managers
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Completing candidate compliance
  • Assisting with rostering candidates through our online portal

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid intermediate computer skills across Microsoft packages
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Reliability and flexibility
  • Attention to detail
