Junior Resourcing Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Resourcing Consultant to join our Labourpower team in Upper Mount Gravatt, Brisbane. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and utilizing our database and systems to find the best talent for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and screen candidates using various methods
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Utilize our database and systems to manage candidate information and track progress
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure client needs are met
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to communicate with candidates and clients
  • Complete candidate compliance and onboarding processes
  • Assist with rostering candidates through our online portal
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate computer skills across Microsoft packages
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Reliability and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
