Junior Resource Consultant Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Resource Consultant to join our team in the Labourpower Upper Mt Gravatt office. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow with a dynamic and successful recruitment agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write and post job advertisements
  • Screen and interview candidates
  • Utilise our database and systems to manage candidate information
  • Attend client visits with account managers
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Complete candidate compliance and onboarding
  • Assist with rostering candidates through our online portal
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate computer skills across Microsoft packages
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
