Job Opportunity:

This challenging retail leadership position requires strong business acumen and sales expertise to oversee a portfolio of stores in the NSW/ACT Region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, implementing effective customer service strategies, and developing business plans to meet performance targets.

  • Key Responsibilities

The Retail Area Manager will:

Drive Sales Growth

• Develop and implement sales initiatives to drive revenue growth

Implement Effective Customer Service Strategies

• Create and execute customer-centric service models to enhance customer satisfaction

Develop Business Plans

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and deliver business plans that meet performance targets

  • Leadership and Team Management

The Retail Area Manager will lead a team of Store Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

The role also involves:

Market Administration

• Drive local community engagement, media and marketing activities

Operational Excellence

• Monitor compliance against central operating standards and processes
