As a Regional Retail Operations Leader, you will spearhead the performance of 21 stores across Canberra and regional southern NSW. You excel in dynamic environments marked by continuous improvement.

  • Promote ongoing sales focus, service standards, and success within your region.
  • Cultivate a high-performance team culture throughout your stores.
  • Manage the entire employment lifecycle of your team while enhancing your human resource management skills.
  • Develop business plans with Store Managers, including coaching and development of all team members.
  • Contribute to the creation of training and development programs.
  • Evaluate and maintain nationally aligned retail standards and promotional activities.
