Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Facilities and Operations Director to oversee the operational success of our retail centre. The role will cover hard and soft services, maintenance, and procurement of contractors.

The successful candidate will be empowered to own their role and make optimum decisions to best serve the operational needs of retailers and customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in facilities management-related disciplines, ideally with retail property or similar entertainment attractions.
  • Superior knowledge in operational and facilities management, with proven skills in financial management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to build effective relationships.
  • Ability to lead and influence, initiating change, resolving performance issues and conflicts with a solution-focused approach.
  • Superior organisational and problem-solving skills, with ability to deliver results effectively.
