- Support apprentice placement and re-placement for a seamless experience.
- Promote ATEC's services to schools, employers, and stakeholders.
- Represent ATEC at events, expos, and career days.
- Contribute to strategic planning through market insights and industry knowledge.
- A company vehicle is provided for this role.
You will be based in our office but will be out networking, making connections, and promoting the company.
Qualifications and Skills- Experience in sales, recruitment, employment services, or similar fields.
- Ability to engage with businesses, schools, and community groups.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a relationship-focused role.
- Desirable: Experience within the vocational training sector.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Certificate IV in Business, Sales, or related field (not essential).
- Current driver's license and Working with Children clearance.
- Fully Maintained Vehicle.
