Customer Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our high-value clients through online chat.

Job Description:

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be the face of our online casino, responsible for connecting, engaging, and elevating the experience of our top players. You will manage up to 350 players in the U.S. and provide tailored solutions that go above and beyond their expectations, making each interaction a personalized and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with new and existing high-value clients
  • Understand client objectives and decision-making processes and form long-term partnerships
  • Actively and successfully manage assigned accounts from start to finish
  • Identify and grow opportunities within client bases and collaborate with VIP teams
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of products in line with customer needs and objectives
  • Analyze client behaviors and overall value to the business

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong gambling knowledge is advantageous
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge is advantageous
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira & Intercom
