About the Role :
">Are you a leader with a passion for delivering exceptional services? We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Supervisor to join our team and drive operational excellence in facilities management.
">This is an exciting opportunity to lead local facilities management teams in Victoria, based at Bayswater. As a Service Delivery Supervisor, you will oversee gardening, cleaning, and maintenance services for various clients across Australia. You will ensure that your teams meet schedules, uphold contract standards, and embody our values of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
">Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and motivating local facilities management teams">
- Ensuring incident reports are submitted and contributing to a safe work environment">
- Assisting with tenders, quotations, and ISO certifications">
- Maintaining regular site visits and collaborating with regional managers to drive operational excellence">
As a successful candidate, you will possess a Cert. IV in Horticulture or equivalent experience, along with leadership training and experience supervising staff. You will also have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as problem-solving and technical skills for maintenance and scheduling issues.
