Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aged Care Manager to lead our team at Estia Health Albury. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting a resident-centred culture, ensuring safe practices, and maintaining clinical governance.

Responsibilities

  • Promote a resident-centred culture that values, respects, and treats all residents with compassion and dignity.
  • Continuously monitor clinical care processes and ensure safe practices to effectively implement improvements, minimise risks, and prevent injuries for all stakeholders.
  • Maintain Clinical Governance, to ensure accreditation is achieved and maintained in accordance with policy and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure medication management and infection prevention control principles are maintained and are in line with current best practice guidelines, Estia Health policy, and legislative frameworks.
  • Ensure rights and responsibilities of residents are provided and concerns raised by residents or family members are addressed in a timely and coherent manner.

Requirements

  • You'll be an experienced leader with a proven ability to drive change and improvement in an environment of ambiguity.
  • Commitment to quality and a broad knowledge of all facets of contemporary aged care including AN-ACC funding and Accreditation.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic operational plans and record of driving change and compliance.
  • Exceptional team building skills, including the demonstrated capability to build strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders to prioritise workloads.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
