Estia Health is seeking an exceptional Care Director to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a registered nurse with strong leadership skills and experience in aged care. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinical services, including staff management, budgeting, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture relationships between residents and their families, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

  • Develop and implement clinical care programs that promote resident wellbeing and excellence in care delivery.

  • Train and mentor nursing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality care.

  • Oversee the management of clinic operations, including stock control, compliance, and reporting.

  • Contribute to the financial management of the home, ensuring sound fiscal decisions are made.

Requirements

  • A current registration as a registered nurse with AHPRA and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a nursing management role.

  • Experience in managing people, budgets, and clinical services.

  • A background in aged care and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, residents, and families.

  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.

What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including:
