We are seeking a meticulous and compassionate individual to join our team at Aged Care Homes as a Cleaner. As a key member of our residential aged care facility, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment that ensures the comfort and safety of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all cleaning requirements are met each shift, adhering to established cleaning protocols.
  • Interact with residents in a friendly, helpful, and positive manner, fostering a sense of community and respect.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other designated areas of the facility.
  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained throughout the facility, minimizing the risk of infection transmission.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and procedures, using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to support a clean and comfortable living environment for residents.
