About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Services Manager to lead our Aged Care division. As the operational and strategic leader, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering top-tier aged care services, and guiding the transition to the Support@Home program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to create and manage 1-3 year operational plans, develop budgets, and oversee workforce planning to support sustainable growth.
  • Operational Leadership: Maintain high standards of care in line with Aged Care Quality Standards, CHSP, and HCP guidelines, while managing high-risk issues to ensure safe, effective service delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead a culture of improvement by refining policies, streamlining processes, and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and support Service Managers to build a collaborative, high-performing team with a focus on culturally sensitive and client-centered care.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Clinical Services, Social Work, Human Services, Quality Management, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a community, disability or aged care management or related program.
  • A solid understanding of CHSP and HCP-funded services and associated guidelines and funding models.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience managing complex service delivery.
  • A strong understanding of aged care quality standards and a proven track record in quality and compliance leadership.
  • An Australian Driver's Licence, Police Check, NDIS Check, and current Registration with AHPRA (desired).
