About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Independent Living Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate in their community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to enable people to access community activities and services.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, families, caregivers, and key stakeholders.
  • Assist customers to develop skills and build capacity to actively participate in all aspects of life.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide regular updates on progress.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve outstanding customer outcomes.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for supporting people with disabilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
