Community Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to support people with disabilities to live independently.

This role involves providing community access and support participation in social, recreational, civic and vocational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals to develop skills and build capacity in daily living, personal care, household management and community engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure individualised support.

About You:

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Certificate III in Disability or Individual Support (preferred).
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and comprehensive car insurance.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Good computer skills and demonstrated ability to use IT systems.
