About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with general household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation

  • Offer social support or respite to family members or carers
  • Personal care including assistance with showering and dressing (if qualified/fully trained)
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support to older adults
  • Ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A reliable and flexible approach to work
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety principles
  • Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable insured motor vehicle
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
