About the Role:

This is a casual employment opportunity to provide exceptional service and support to clients with disabilities.

The role involves assisting clients to meet their goals as set out in their NDIS plan, which includes:

  • Providing intensive, flexible, and responsive client-focused support to improve physical and mental health.
  • Planning activities and social outings for clients.
  • Developing connections with the community to achieve clients' objectives.
  • Assisting with daily living, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and community engagement.
  • Being willing to work as a Support Worker and Assistant in Nursing.
  • Being available for on-call duties and traveling to different areas.
