What You'll Be Doing:

  • Dreaming up and delivering platform-native campaigns that feel right at home on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.
  • Creating ideas that cut through the feed — from reactive moments and smart influencer partnerships, to tech-driven innovation, branded content, and fully integrated social campaigns.
  • Pitching and presenting your ideas clearly, confidently, and with purpose.
  • Collaborating closely with strategists, designers, and account leads to make great ideas even better.
  • Staying plugged into what's trending — and knowing when to tap into it (or when not to).
  • Juggling multiple briefs at once, keeping standards high and deadlines tight.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4-5 years of creative agency experience.
  • A strong portfolio packed with social-first work — campaigns, content, and concepts that live and breathe the internet.
  • A confident, conceptual thinker who also knows how to make things real.
  • A collaborator at heart who knows great ideas can come from anywhere.
  • An instinct for platform behavior and a hunger to experiment with new formats.
  • Able to handle feedback and pivot fast — you get that social moves quickly.
  • Comfortable owning projects from start to finish, while still being a team player.
