We're looking for a culturally-connected and talented Senior Social Creative to join We Are Social and help lead creative across several major clients. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape social-first strategies for a leading tech innovator alongside one of Australia's biggest retailers, and more. 

The ideal candidate brings more than just social expertise – you've built integrated campaigns that have genuinely moved culture. You can confidently navigate both sectors, developing innovative approaches for tech while crafting retail campaigns that balance seasonal messaging with powerful brand building.

You lead by example, inspire teams, and possess the strategic vision to anticipate trends while still getting excited about crafting the perfect caption.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading creative strategy and execution for several major brand accounts across all social platforms
  • Helping mentor creative teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Developing integrated campaigns that seamlessly blend social-first thinking with broader brand objectives
  • Presenting creative concepts to C-suite-level clients
  • Driving creative innovation across emerging platforms and technologies
  • Collaborating with strategy leads to translate business objectives into award-winning creative solutions
  • Establishing creative standards and best practices that elevate work across both accounts
  • Managing multiple high-stakes projects while maintaining creative excellence
  • Leading new business pitches and expanding existing client relationships


What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of creative agency experience
  • Proven track record of leading brand accounts across different categories
  • A portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and executional excellence in social-first campaigns
  • Experience managing and mentoring creative teams
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to sell ideas at all levels
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, emerging technologies, and cultural trends
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance creative ambition with business realities
  • Track record of award-winning work and industry recognition
