About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality personal care services including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
  • Provide domestic assistance: cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe living environment
  • Assist with social and community engagement: outings, appointments, and building connections
  • Support clients in developing life skills and independence: shopping, cooking, and daily living tasks
  • Offer medication and transportation support: for those suitably qualified
  • Provide respite and mental health support: temporary care and behaviour management
Key Requirements
  • QLD C/CA Driver's Licence + reliable vehicle
  • Compassionate and client-centred approach
  • Strong communication and resilience in challenging situations
  • Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Minimum 12 months of industry experience
  • Experience in personal care, manual handling, and behaviour support
