As a support worker, your primary objective is to provide high-quality in-home care and support services that empower individuals to live independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal care assistance including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication management
  • Social support and transportation for social activities, grocery shopping, and medical appointments
  • Domestic assistance such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Supporting customers with the use of aids and personal equipment
  • Providing additional support for customers with complex or challenging needs
  • Maintaining customer well-being and reporting progress

We seek caring and compassionate individuals who have experience in disability or aged care community support. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with flexibility for 6 am starts, evening services, and overnight stays.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services (Desirable)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Current First Aid certificate/CPR
  • Current Open Class Australian Drivers License
  • Reliable vehicle ownership and comprehensive insurance
