Sneaker Retail Associate

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service in-store, ensuring customers have an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Pick, pack, and dispatch click-and-collect orders efficiently.
- Maintain store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning requirements.
Requirements:
- Availability from October 2024 to Mid-January 2025, with flexibility to work weekends, late nights, and holidays.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- A genuine passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
- A self-motivated individual who can meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen and respond constructively to feedback.
