As a key destination for sneaker enthusiasts, we offer an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Christmas Casual.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is memorable and creates a lasting impression.
  2. Support your team to achieve sales and KPI goals, working collaboratively to drive business success.
  3. Maintain stock levels, receiving, restocking and keeping shelves full to meet customer demand.
  4. Pick and pack click & dispatch orders efficiently, meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy.
  5. Ensure the store looks fresh and tidy at all times, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  6. Bring good vibes and a team-first attitude to every shift, contributing to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
  • Retail experience is beneficial but not essential; passion for sneakers, streetwear and delivering outstanding customer service is crucial.
  • Love the hustle of a fast-paced team environment and be self-motivated with a goal-driven approach.
