We are seeking a seasonal sales associate to join our team during the Christmas period. As a member of our fast-paced and dynamic retail environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting your team in achieving sales goals, and maintaining a visually appealing store.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating memorable experiences for every customer through outstanding service and product knowledge
  • Supporting colleagues to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintaining stock levels, receiving, stocking, and ensuring full shelves are always available
  • Picking and packing click-and-collect orders efficiently
  • Ensuring the store remains fresh and tidy at all times
Requirements
  • Able to work varied shifts including weekends, late nights, and public holidays from October 2024 to mid-January 2025
  • No prior retail experience is necessary; however, a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a love for sneakers and streetwear is essential
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments
