Hype DC is a leading premium sneaker retailer with almost 25 years of experience in Australia. We deliver a curated world-class assortment of sneakers to our customers, committed to operational excellence and memorable experiences.

About the Role

We are looking for Christmas Casuals to join our team at Bondi Junction store during our busiest time of the year.

You will bring energy and good vibes to our store, helping customers find their perfect kicks, unpacking stock or packing online orders. Every shift brings something new, making it an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Create exceptional customer experiences that leave a lasting impression
  • Support your team to achieve sales and performance goals
  • Ensure stock levels remain high, receiving, restocking, and maintaining shelves
  • Pick and pack click & dispatch orders efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture every shift
Qualifications
  • Availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, and public holidays
  • Retail experience is beneficial but not required; passion for sneakers and delivering outstanding customer service is essential
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic team environment, self-motivated, and goal-driven
  • Open to learning, feedback, and personal growth
