Sneaker Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a team player who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has a strong work ethic to support our team to achieve sales and KPI goals. As a key member of our retail team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers and help drive business success.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sneakers, streetwear, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Create memorable experiences for every customer - exceed their expectations
- Support your team to achieve sales and performance targets
- Ensure stock levels are maintained - receive, restock, and keep shelves full
- Pick and pack online orders quickly and accurately
- Maintain a high level of store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Full availability from October to mid-January, including weekends, late nights, and peak trading periods
- Retail experience is beneficial but not essential
- Passion for sneakers, streetwear, and delivering outstanding customer service
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
