As Executive Director Corporate Services & Compliance, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of business strategies, managing teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire others, and a proven track record in driving organisational growth and success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organisational objectives
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals
  • Maintain and improve regulatory compliance
  • Provide expert advice to stakeholders on corporate services and compliance matters
  • Identify and develop opportunities for growth and expansion

Requirements:

  • Senior executive experience in managing corporate services functions
  • Qualification and/or experience as a Company Secretary
  • An extensive record of experience and achievement in governance and management at the executive level
  • High-level experience in managing shared corporate services
  • A history of people leadership and management that values and empowers employees
  • Demonstrated experience in fiscal management of a multi-disciplined organisation
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality improvement systems
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety and related strategy
  • Knowledge and experience in strategic planning and culture management throughout change
