The Director Service Delivery is a key leadership position responsible for leading an integrated and regionally devolved workforce.
They are accountable for the effective integration, coordination, and provision of estate services across the Defence base estate footprint. They promote regional services alignment to ensure national consistency objectives, innovation reform, and group outcomes are delivered.
Key responsibilities include reviewing team and business performance, identifying and capitalising on opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
About Our Team
This leadership position reports to the Assistant Secretary Regional Services within the Service Delivery Division of the Security and Estate Group.
The Director Service Delivery - NSW is one of five Executive Leadership positions that form the East-West Zone covering the ACT, NSW, SA, and WA regions.
Requirements
To be effective in this high-profile role, you will think strategically and work interdependently with other Defence functions. You will be a strong team player focused on achieving effective outcomes.
Highly developed communication and relationship management skills are essential.
Effective stakeholder relationship skills, including fostering networks and building strong relationships across organisational boundaries.
Capability to effectively drive and embed change and reform in teams, influencing change and embedding results through people.
As a leader, you will have a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes in complex and dynamic environments.
