We are seeking a highly skilled Director to drive operational excellence, strategic leadership, and transformative impact across our APAC operations.
This pivotal role will ensure seamless delivery of corporate services supporting our client-focused mission. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you'll collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape and implement strategies driving performance, compliance, and innovation.
About the Role- Lead and align Finance, IT, Marketing, and Operational Support to deliver strategic corporate services across APAC.
- Drive financial strategy and performance, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and presenting insights to the Board and senior leadership.
- Champion operational excellence through shared services, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee compliance and governance, ensuring adherence to legislative, professional, and internal standards across all corporate functions.
- Shape and execute IT strategy, including digital transformation, system security, vendor management, and global alignment.
- Guide marketing strategy and execution, enhancing brand visibility, candidate attraction, and commercial impact.
- Lead strategic projects and change initiatives, ensuring readiness, agility, and alignment with organisational goals.
- Proven leadership across multiple corporate functions such as Finance, IT, Marketing, and Operations, ideally within a global, matrixed organisation.
- Over 10 years' experience in senior finance roles with strong commercial acumen and strategic insight.
- Expertise in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and risk management—including M&A, investment appraisal, and foreign exchange strategies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with a track record of building strategic partnerships.
- Experience driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and enterprise technology initiatives.
- Deep understanding of market dynamics, scenario planning, and performance optimisation.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex organisational change and managing business continuity.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and experience aligning marketing strategy with commercial goals.
