Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary:The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping skills, knowledge of accounting software, and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for setting up new files, providing training to clients, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Accounting Software: Set up and maintain accounting systems, including Xero and MYOB
- Client Support: Provide training and support to clients on accounting software and financial procedures
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Certification: Cert IV in Bookkeeping (highly advantageous)
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
- Software Skills: Proficient in Xero, MYOB, and Hubdoc
