Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced financial management specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the financial compliance, governance and effectiveness of national and international entities within the organization.
This position plays a key role in enhancing financial controls, strategic planning and identifying growth opportunities while managing financial and business risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Management: Responsible for preparing all accounting records, reconciliation mechanisms, and setting up payments for processing;
- Payment Oversight: Ensures timely and accurate payment to all group partners and vendors;
- Global Payroll Management: Manages and is responsible for global payroll across multiple countries;
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversees the management of accounts payable and receivable functions;
- Compliance and Audits: Ensures all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations;
- Auditor Support: Provides management & assistance to external auditors;
- Reporting and Analysis: Assists with preparation of monthly management reports including analysis of overall business performance and financial position;
- Budgeting and Planning: Assists with preparation of annual budgets;
- Team Supervision: Assists with managing, supervising and training staff;
