Financial Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our finance team in Brisbane, AU.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and be proficient in supervising the accounts receivable and accounts payable teams.
- Accounts Payable: Manage invoices, reconciliations, and payments with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Accounts Receivable: Manage customer payments, invoicing, and reconciliations to ensure timely and efficient payment processing.
- Month-End Journals: Prepare and post journal entries for accurate financial reporting.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile financial statements with bank statements to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports as required by stakeholders.
- Prepare P&L Statement: Prepare profit and loss statements to track financial performance.
- Preparation of BAS: Prepare Business Activity Statements to meet regulatory requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A relevant degree in finance or a related field.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
