Lead Swimming Program Director

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability in building and managing a successful and effective team, as well as implementing training programs that focus on stroke techniques, skills development, and style.

- Managing the day-to-day operation of the squad program, including recruitment, induction, rostering, and other operational requirements.">
- Providing leadership and ongoing direction to the squad coaching team, promoting a culture of accountability and identifying opportunities for growth.">
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations governing the safe operation of the squad program.">
