Lead Swimming Program Director

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a competitive swimming squad program, fostering skill development and teamwork. As Lead Swimming Program Director, you will oversee the operational and financial requirements of the program, ensuring its success and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability in building and managing a successful and effective team, as well as implementing training programs that focus on stroke techniques, skills development, and style.

Key responsibilities include:
