Job Description

The Swim School Site Supervisor plays a key role in the successful operation of our swim programs. This position is responsible for leading daily operations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, safe, and engaging programs.

This includes supervising instructors and duty staff to maintain quality and safety standards, as well as maintaining records and systems. The Site Supervisor will also support program development, assist with staff recruitment and training, and respond to customer feedback.

Key responsibilities include coordinating daily operations across multiple aquatic centers, supervising staff to ensure quality and safety, and maintaining records and systems. Additionally, the Site Supervisor will support program development, including school programs and holiday activities.

Requirements
  • Austswim or Swim Australia qualification in Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
  • Senior First Aid Certificate and current CPR
  • Working with Children Check and Class C Driver's Licence
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale swim programs
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management ability
  • High-level customer service and problem-solving skills
