Job Overview

The successful candidate will lead the daily operations of swim school programs across leisure and aquatic centres, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, safe and engaging programs while supporting a team of instructors and duty staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily swim school operations across multiple aquatic centres
  • Supervise instructors, duty managers, and deck supervisors to ensure quality and safety
  • Maintain accurate records and systems for customer information and swim school activities
  • Support program development including school programs and holiday activities
  • Assist in recruiting, training and mentoring staff members
  • Respond to customer feedback and maintain high service standards
  • Achieve occupancy and performance targets through effective management and planning
  • Promote the swim school program and uphold its brand
Requirements
  • Austswim or Swim Australia qualification in Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR
  • Working with Children Check and Class C Driver's Licence
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale swim programs
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management ability
  • High-level customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required
