About the Role

The Learn to Swim Supervisor is a key position within our swim program, responsible for delivering high-quality in-water instruction to members across various ages and abilities. This role requires a passion for teaching swimming and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-water learn to swim and water safety instruction consistent with lesson and progression plans.
  • Supervise the smooth delivery of Learn to Swim lessons while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Identify and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring positive outcomes for customers.
  • Assist in identifying training needs for the Learn to Swim program and provide coaching to instructors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Customer-centric mindset combined with a passion for swimming and teaching.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
  • Experience teaching Learn to Swim (LTS) and water safety across all levels and age groups.
  • Strong planning and organising skills, ideally including swim programming.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with proven customer service and problem-solving ability.
