Job Title: Director of Enrollment and Engagement

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our enrollment and engagement efforts. As the Director of Enrollment and Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our reputation, deepen community connections, and drive growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing data-driven enrollment, engagement, and fundraising strategies
  • Guiding team members to deliver an authentic, values-aligned experience at every touchpoint
  • Strengthening alumni and donor relationships, driving sustainable philanthropic growth
  • Providing accurate data, strategic reports, and forecasts to inform decision-making
  • Representing our organization at key events and forums, building networks and partnerships

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification in Business (or related field) and 5+ years' leadership success in admissions and engagement or related roles
  • Proven success in fundraising, community engagement, marketing, or enrolments
  • Outstanding communication, advocacy, and relationship-building skills
  • High-level data acumen and proficiency with CRM, marketing, and admissions platforms
  • A strategic perspective, personal integrity, and a positive, community-minded approach
