Leadership Opportunity in Childcare

You will drive outcomes and support our teams in delivering exceptional programs in your region. You will be responsible for multiple services and report directly to an experienced operations manager. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and enhance embedded practice across your services
  • Implement and promote a culture of excellence and compliance
  • Coach and mentor your teams to improve capability and unlock everyone's potential
  • Manage rostering, finances, and community engagement

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in the childcare industry, with strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations. They will also have a positive attitude and approach, with a genuine desire for change and improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Completed qualification approved by ACECQA
  • Current first aid certification
  • Valid driver's license and ability to visit multiple centres in your region
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and quality requirements
