Business Development and Indigenous Partnership Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development and Indigenous Partnership Coordinator to join our Sydney Management & Administration team. This role offers flexibility for you to be based out of either our Sydney or Newcastle office.
This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong connection to community, excellent communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to engage with and include Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently when required and collaborate effectively with other staff.
The primary focus of this position is to co-develop and implement GHD's Indigenous Business Relationships Framework in collaboration with key stakeholders. You will also assist project teams in seeking opportunities for improvement and engagement, provide vendor pre-qualification and onboarding support, and track and report on KPIs related to Indigenous Procurement as needed.
