Enhance the lives of elderly individuals by providing exceptional care and service excellence as a Registered Nurse. This role is an exciting opportunity to join our Clinical Team in a permanent part-time capacity.
The Role:As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering quality clinical care to residents in line with our Model of Care, ensuring their health and well-being are prioritized at all times. You will work closely with families and other stakeholders to build relationships and trust, while also supporting new admissions with care and sensitivity.
- Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents
- Be responsible for the health and well-being of residents
- Administer medication and undertake medication rounds as required
- Engage with families and other stakeholders to build relationships and trust
- Support new admissions with care and sensitivity
- Conduct resident assessments, care planning, and evaluations as necessary
- Bachelor of Nursing with full registration
- Post-graduate experience (preferably 3 years)
- Up-to-date qualifications in First Aid and CPR
- Proven clinical assessment skills
- Ability to mentor and lead others
- A warm and empathetic approach
- Comprehensive knowledge of the ageing process and health
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
